That sounds like discrimination and a civil rights abuse. Is there an even slightly moral constitutional lawyer around CA? This seems like an easy win if someone even gave a shit. Maybe Governor Grenell will fix this shit when he gets in.

It's funded by private donors, not sure why they have to get the government involved that's what makes this odd.

If some wealthy donor wants to charitably give to people based on race/sex or any other qualifier that's fine, but seems wrong to have government get involved at all in such a program.

Once Government became involved it doesn't matter who supplies the money. Government is releasing private info on who is poor and their race, and that is illegal. I see lawsuits coming.

I also think lawsuits are likely here, and I hope they win. Government should have no part in implementing racist/discriminatory policy.

California literally voted on to be able to legally discriminate based on race. They wanted to repeal a previous anti discrimination law, to make it legal to discriminate. That lost, but still people there are crazy. They want to bring back discrimination, and this is the first step. As long as it's discrimination against whites.

Who cares. Lets hope Oakland approves each black family getting $10k/month. Maybe the taxpayer there would say "hey that's not fair"

People here are so stupid they would think the only solution is to vote in someone even further left

Ghostof_PatrickHenry 3 points ago +3 / -0

They are doing this solely for the purpose of re-enslaving black people.

I’ve already registered a mobile blunt business.

How long do you think poor people will hang on to money they didn’t earn? This is gonna be spent faster than scratch off winnings.

Who’s in?

Probably to slowly set precedent. "Oh, you can't do this with publicly funded money...oh we are just acting as the middle man....oh we are going to give 1% of what is privately donated....just 2%, 5%. It's mostly privately funded. Oh no, the private funding is drying up. The government needs to step in. What this is illegal? We've been doing this for two decades and you didn't care then. You're just a racist."

I think this is very on point. It has happened before.

Once they got the government involved these people could sue. Hope they do.

The government is partisan and illegitimate at all levels. Suing doesn't matter if it would disrupt a commie policy goal.

Rich billionaires who exploit American workers donating money to non-whites who are demographically replacing us. No, that's not fine.

NullifyAndSecede -2 points ago +7 / -9

Employment is not exploitation, it's a mutually beneficial voluntary agreement.

People ought to be able to do whatever the hell they want with their property so long as they do not infringe on the rights of others.

Somalia_is_gay 14 points ago +16 / -2

This is a boomer take. It's not mutually beneficial when wages are artificially lowered by mass migration sponsored by these same billionaires who are doing "whatever the hell they want" with their money. It's not mutually beneficial when you are not promoted or hired, offered internships or scholarships because you're white. It's not beneficial to anyone.

"Here we have liberty" By this they mean, above all, an uncontrolled economy, and by an uncontrolled economy, the freedom not only to acquire capital but to make absolutely free use of it. That means freedom from national control or control by the people both in the acquisition of capital and it's employment. This is really what they mean when they speak of liberty.

No, they should not be able to undermine the nation with their wealth.

Government resources for tracking and distribution. The government sells the data and may even do more to distribute the money. Either way, it's wrong and most likely violates multiple laws.

you know, the conservatives made multimillionaires out of Rush, Hannity, etc....you would think that one of them would have spent their fortunes on establishing conservative media and conservative law offices...

I can’t stand Sean Hannity. What a total FAG. He should have resigned his position the day after Biden was sworn in.

Tick Tock these NUTS YOU FAGGOT!

What the hell are you talking about? David Duke is the same faggot they drag out for every election to paint GOP as racists. He endorsed Biden in 2020. So did that other faggot from Charlottesville. Now we know that Charlottesville was a trap same as the Capitol. Anyone pushing the “Insurrection Narrative”.

Clear 14th Amendment violation. Won't matter though, SCOTUS is afraid of ANTIFA/BLM terrorists. They'll rule against white people.

(Dominion chuckled softly at the mention of “Governor Grenell”)

Sounds like another reparations. Do they think we are too dumb to see it?
