In the 80’s and 90’s republicans were focusing on business big and small and Dems were focusing on culture then the “social media” boom caught republicans by surprise and they didn’t plan on such a cultural domination by the commies. Now republicans are being abused as the globalists in tech are trying to force out big oil and capitalizing on a consumer market that was just stripped bare by manufactured lock downs for a transformation. Only good thing I see coming from this is the dollar crashes so hard that we can compete industrial wise on the global scale.
Then we rebuild our own manufacturing base from the ground up. But big corporations are unified behind their slave consumer base. And see a populist uprising as the ultimate threat. That is why they just overextended and if this plays out they will continue to overextend and turn off the normies. The long game involves time and pain but I do see a light at the end of this.

Just don't try to reform hell from the inside. First, DESTROY. Then build something True.
