I live in Canada friends.

We have had voter ID requiirements to vote for as long as I can remember.

How is it, that we have votter ID requirements and its not racist here?

Because they brought back the vouching rule. Our id requirement is useless when Sanjeet can “vouch” for Mohammad.

Non-citizens can carry a drivers license and they get ballots mailed to their homes. Had an Italian neighbour who was voting for 7 years before he was a Canadian citizen.

Had no idea until the citizenship ceremony where they congratulated him on now being able to vote. He had been voting the entire time. Didn’t question it because the voter registration came in the mail every time.

TL;DR there’s no claims of racism because there’s loopholes.

Canada doesn't seem to cry "racism" about everything like they do here.

So does Mexico, which has way more citizens living in worse poverty. It's also hard to get.
