Just had a talking to by my boss yesterday. Guess I won't be saying anything during diversity discussions at work ever again. Not worth it. For the record all I had said was, "what proof do we have that these attacks were racially motivated?" If they think we need to talk about this shit so badly, fine, let them, I'll just nod my head, get paid for it and continue to not give one fuck.

Its everywhere. My girlfriend works in the medical field and was just forced to sit through hours of "diversity training" where she had to sit around and listen about how all white people are racist and evil.

It's funny, I work for a big tech company, fairly cucked, but at the same time the amount of diversity type crap is minimal. We do an anti-bullying type crap online learning that you can pretty much skip through and answer some common sense type questions and then certify that you did it and call it a day. Beyond that anything and everything that has to do with the topic can easily be ignored and we certainly don't talk about such things in our department calls (although I recall a couple in vogue Trump comments in past years). I've seen it mentioned once or twice when we had a broader function call, but that's like a couple times a year.

I actually take my time on these trainings. I'm being paid to do them - looks like I will need all day to "review" the material.
