I am not saying blacks are 'inferior' - I think you are taking a step too far there. IQ is very much a genetic trait. It just is. Like hair or eye color.
By and large - scientists and researchers who go through the process to fairly study the topic know they will be attacked by people who JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS AND DISREGARD THE DATA. After all, name calling is easy... and today society is trained to yell 'racist' when they don't understand differences in races.
How about this - start by doing a search on 'country IQ... Find our which Nation has the population with the highest IQ. That is not based on RACE per se' - but will show that Nations too - have different IQ's....
I feel as if they managed to avoid have to defend their stance by having you chase some vague point they through out. Nations use different I.Q. tests if I recall, so comparing the “IQ of nations” would be utterly pointless.
I don't suppose Sowell has the average IQ of any race. The man is much smarter than most white people.

Like any test, an IQ test has certain biases.
I may be able to fit triangles together to make a square, but I probably couldn't knock a monkey out of a tree with a blow-gun.
