My theory is that these suits, if not dismissed soon, are devices only to get a gag order of these news outlets for as long as possible, maybe through the mid terms.
Dominion in no way will be opening up there software for inspection during discovery.
Fox News is just going to do what Powell did...While Powell was initially egging on Dominion to sue her because she was saying she wanted to open them up to discovery, she then quickly pivoted to plead with the court to dismiss the case citing that her claims were only her "legal opinion" based on the witnesses that came forward to her.
I suspect that Fox News will just claim that their reporting was just based on their opinion of Powell's claims and will try and get the lawsuit dismissed instead of fight it tooth and nail to "expose them." Fox News is pretty cucked.
Dominion has a better case with Powell, because she was re-tweeting tons of false information including the claim that Trump won every single state in 2016, or that servers were seized, etc.
