Remember when children's programming and cartoons would teach kids that what they look like doesn't matter, that its all about being an American, a good citizen, and supporting your country and standing up for freedom?

That's what matters. I don't care what race or skin color you are, if you support my God-given rights to life and liberty, support American values, and support the Constitution then we are good.

And that's how it was for a while.

The modern-day left is doing the exact opposite of that now with identity-politics. They want people separated into groups and all focused on their "group identity." That's why they get so angry if you say "all lives matter". This is a tactic to completely weaken and break down America in order to rebuild it into what they want.
