The consumer always pays ALL taxes. Corporate, personal, sales, property, etc, we pay it all. Americans should be mad that >50% of our earnings goes to taxes. When the cost of goods rises due to taxes, we get taxed on the final price, which means WE ARE PAYING TAX ON TAX.
