What do reparations mean in america? The average black American will need to pay 80% of their African ancestry from the 20% that is European. I think we can safely assume that the vast majority of that 20% is directly responsible for situation as well.

If someone really wanted to be a dick, I'm sure they could add up all the associated cost that have come from this one issue - and I'll bet the bill is pretty lopsided already in favor of the US taxpayer over those in that 13% who feel like they are owed something.

I want an accounting of money already transferred from one racial group to another. After we see those numbers than we can begin talking. I believe reparations have already been paid many times over.
