Clerk takes that information and then they pick up the phone and make a phone call to the ATF to background check you

Clerk comes back, records the serial number of the firearm, photocopies your ID, sends the forms to the ATF, then files the forms.

Clerk says "here's your gun faggot"

You say "Yes Daddy"

You leave

The retailer that has your information sends those forms to the state where the state keeps a record of that. Forever. The retailer sends that form to the feds where they keep it on file for 5 years.

HURR.

Also, when you buy a car, you don't have to register it. You can walk off the lot with that car without registering it. You also don't need a License to BUY a car. All you need is an ID so they can verify who the fuck you are and check your credit.

So yeah. It should be as easy as BUYING a car.

You go back to the office where you're harassed by fags over buying clear coating and whatever while the salesman gets the loan forms going and checks your credit with their bank.

Once you come back good, salesman says "here's the keys you cuck. Thanks for the commission. Enjoy your shitty car that will break down in two years and have to pay triple because lolimport"

All they need is an ID and good credit to buy a car.

All they SHOULD need is an ID and a good background check to buy a gun.
