"The ideals of freedom suggest that all views are welcome and celebrated."

The last couple of years has made me ponder if this is a positive thing or if it's even realistic. Sometimes it seems that world history shows us cancerous views latch onto the only tolerant entity in which it can survive, thrive, and eventually usurp: freedom.

You have to understand our constitution was designed only for a moral and upright people, and it's inadequate for governing any other.
