Here is my prediction for 2024. Trump runs for president and wins. The left and media proclaim "Trump is not eligible as He has been President 2 terms. Since he illegitimately won, democrats take the election because Trump's whole campaign was a lie and he fraudulently misrepresented himself as eligible."

It wouldn't be official, as much as they'd want it to appear to be, as he was never sworn in for a second term. It's an interesting idea but it's not possible.
You forget we live in clown world now. Biden did not win 2020 but they made it be official, as much as they'd want it to appear to be, it is not.
