Wait, they had to go out of their way to make puppets look black? Couldn't just have them as regular puppets like the rest of the street? Do certain people have so much trouble identifying with someone's struggle if they don't share skin tone? Do people hate MLK Jr. that much?
IIRC, Jim Henson originally had an iron rule for Sesame Street that there be no muppets made with a Caucasoid or Negroid skin color. That way nobody could readily tag a race on any of them.
My rural (and demographically-whiter-than-the-sun) property, is near (okay, within semi-tolerable commuting distance of) Portland, OR.
I bought it 5 years ago for next to nothing. I'm in a no-shit FEMA flood zone (everything is elevated or on stilts). Thanks to the plandemic, plus the Antifa/BLM retards, I'm now sitting on a goldmine.
I now get regular unsolicited offers by folks wanting to pay me at least twice what I paid for it just 5 years ago. My new next-door neighbor (a retired Army officer - he's based, thank Heavens) paid nearly half-a-million bucks for a property with way less acreage than (but same-sized house as) mine. Most of the folks trying to buy are the virtue-signaling fucks who were oh-so-pompous towards us rednecks not even two years ago...
Seriously, even the shittiest properties that go up for sale around here go "Sale Pending" within 2-3 days of being listed, and for multiples of what they were worth not even a couple of years ago.
Tempting as hell, and I might yet do it - I'd make enough to buy a small (20-40ac) farm in parts of the midwest outright, with cash. Dunno - kids still live nearby.
I've been house hunting in the mid Atlantic and it's brutal. I'm zero-ing in on some places but the market is just gross right now. So many people gtfo-ing of the the cities and suburbs as they turn into multifamily nightmares.
Strongly recommend you change the text color for us color-blind pedes. I didn't even know there was text until I saw what looked like an arrow pointing to the top panel.

I certainly do.
You have NO idea how true this is.

Actually don't forget that Elmo is actually a giant black pedophile himself.
LMAO
