They want you worked up and frustrated. We're in an information war and who's to say some transgender pedofile mod like on reddit wants to just trigger you and others and pushes it to your phone, well congrats to them, because you're triggered. Gain emotional control and discipline as a ton of strength comes from not letting your opponents dominate your mind and attitude.
