Ok, so you make the point for arming all the Law Abiding citizenry, and also for making sure that criminals realize that they give up any and all Rights, when they commit Violence upon others..... By this, to be clear, I specifically intend to mean Robbery, Rape, Murder, and such, not bs like drug sales, drunk driving(unless it results in death), and even RICO Law things.....

It should be obvi to anyone that we have not had the Original System in place for a very long time, and what we DO have is Socialism Lite, with a touch of Authoritarianism via the U.S. Govt.....and we do not like it.....

Yeah full agreement here. The original US republic was very close to an anarchy-capitalist society but we are very far from that now.

Socialism, by no means an invention of nineteenth century Marxism but much older, must be conceptualized as an institutionalized interference with or aggression against private property and private property claims. Capitalism, on the other hand, is a social system based on the explicit recognition of private property and of nonaggressive, contractual exchanges between private property owners. Implied in this remark ... is the belief that there must then exist varying types and degrees of socialism and capitalism, i.e., varying degrees to which private property rights are respected or ignored. Societies are not simply capitalist or socialist. Indeed, all existing societies are socialist to some extent. (Even the United States, certainly a society that is relatively more capitalist than most others, is, as will become apparent, amazingly socialist and has gradually become more so over time.)”

Good, now that we agree on ONE thing, I'll go a step further, and say, Nullification, as your name says, is a good thing, and must be applied at all State Legislatures, beginning with *Not Positive Law, which can be found in U.S. Statutes at Large 15...

And keep it going until it arrives in Present day, and nullifies ALL the Regressive Leftist bullshit that has been slammed in place since that time.....

But Secession is not a good idea when we do have that option still. The only problem is that the States are still subjugated and most of the politicians there, are NOT Statesmen, but in fact are Cowards and Federation Loyalists...

One downside of nullification is that it's hard to imagine how States could go about nullifying tax laws generally or specifically. Without the ability to nullify tax law a State's citizens would still be forced to pay for the Federal government's bullshit elsewhere.

Nullification is a great option for gun rights infringements and other similar policies though.
