I lost total feeling from the center of the left side of my face, spiderwebbing to my jaw & eye, but could still totally move and talk and didn't look much different..
just could not feel anything. totally numb like i just went to a dentist who works on left-faces.

Would likely have seen sagging corner of mouth, too with Bell's palsy, not just drooping eye
