Is that possible? Yes. I have a very hard time believing that just by the simple fact that Trump could have shit on it at anytime from the very beginning. You consider the tweet to drop countdown when Q and Trump finally posted at a '0 delta' in the same minute, Trump first and then Q, to be followed by another '0 delta' with the Q post first and then the Trump tweet in the same minute. LARP or not, to be able to predict a Trump tweet and post right before Trump hits send... Do you know how fucking impossible it would be to try and time that?
I enjoy the conspiracy realm, I think its entirely possible there was a plan in place. Everyone gets caught up in immediately calling it fake because it didn't pan out. Maybe the plan just failed.
