Honestly they could just bomb the fuck out of it I like to think. Fuck the ship and the cargo, the cost in delays is far more expensive. I think Carnegie got his big break by insisting a derailed train be quickly destroyed as the goods in it and the salvage were worth far less than the downtime to the railroad.

What about those helicopters that can lift a semi-truck? Don't we have a few of those?

How long does it take to rig a box? In an afternoon, couldn't a single chopper get a few hundred boxes off and land them on the bank?
