Honestly they could just bomb the fuck out of it I like to think. Fuck the ship and the cargo, the cost in delays is far more expensive. I think Carnegie got his big break by insisting a derailed train be quickly destroyed as the goods in it and the salvage were worth far less than the downtime to the railroad.

Ya actually I’m surprised that something like this hasn’t happened already it is a SERIOUS detour for billions in cargo.

We’re talking adding 30+ days to the trip and that’s no small drop of fuel.

Me too. Who knows why this ship went astray. Maybe some navigational computer issues during the dust storm, but human error is likely what will be ruled at fault.
