I'm doing research for my boyfriend who we both think is at risk of losing his job because he does not feel comfortable putting this new, unlicensed by the FDA, mRNA Vaccine in his body. He is NOT in healthcare or any industry where it might make sense for an employer to push this.
I know this will start happening to millions of people. I am NOT an anti-vaxxer, I just feel uncomfortable putting something in my body that messes with my DNA and has never been used on a wide scale like this before. THIS VACCINE ESSENTIALLY PUTS A BLUEPRINT IN YOUR BODY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU, THEREFORE MAKING YOUR OWN BODY CREATE A PORTION OF THIS VACCINE TO INITIATE AN IMMUNE RESPONSE. Sorry, no for me.
What do we do?? I looked up research and apparently this is completely legal and within their rights to fire you. I even live in a red state.

Alex Jones had a famous lawyer on named Francis Boyle about a week or so ago. He has a letter from his law firm you can serve the employer in an attempt to slow them down from firing you. Boyle said he is only licensed in one state in the US, but if you get a lawyer in your state, he said he will help work with them to fight it for you.

tell them he is waiting for the Johnson and Johnson jab. The 2 shot ones are not recommended for people with auto immune problems. Tell them he had oral lichen planus when he was younger.
If your boyfriend has skills he needs to look for work, if not he needs to develop skills and look for work.
Open your own business maybe, draw their unemployment and go to school, turn thief, most anything is better than taking those fake vaccines.

First of all make them fire him. Make sure it is unambiguous that he was terminated involuntarily. No resignation, no leave of absence, nothing other than paperwork saying that his employment was terminated for not taking the vaccine.
With that in hand he can either move on, or talk to attorneys about wrongful termination suits. I can’t stress enough how important it is to get it IN WRITING. Save any and all emails, dates and times of phone calls, and if it were me I would answer the phone with “this call is being recorded.

That only works if you are not in a "right to work" state. Otherwise, they don't even need a reason to terminate you.
Yeah but if they fire you just because they don't like your face and you can prove it by them saying it to some degree you can easily get unemployment at least.

Find a therapist and fake a more severe concern about it with him/her, almost excessive and extreme paranoia; gotta balance this because he might get some real meds or a trip upstate. Establish a rational fear on medical record and make the concept of getting the “vaccine” a medical issue itself. Talk about the stress, lack of sleep, emotional impact, and so on.

HIPAA is more about other people disclosing patient information. A patient can disclose whatever he/she wants without issue, and an employer can ask directly for certain private information. They can’t use it against someone though. Pretty much all public schools require vaccination proof.
I get notes from employees fairly often to justify extended sick leave. Not that I would do anything, but I can’t let someone go or penalize them because of a medical condition. Most employers know this.
My suggested strategy is to build either an IIED claim or ADA protection. So in a scenario where an employer asks for a vaccination card and you have established a medical or psychological condition or issue in re the vaccine with a therapist/psychiatrist, they can’t fire you for that medical condition, which includes an aversion to the vaccine.

I would inform your boyfriends employer that he believes the covid "vaccine" is the 1st step on the way to the mark of the beast, and he has a religious objection to getting it (it helps if he actually has Christian beliefs and other coworkers are aware of it). Inform them that if they fire him for refusing it, they are discriminating against him because of his religion.
