That's the thing--to the far left, "enough" means "enough blue state refugees to turn Texas into a blue state". And Texas is not a blue state. So, in their minds, they don't have "enough". They're trying to get more liberal voters in there.
I have a feeling it's not working. These migrants are as racist as anybody else; they want to be around other people of the SAME ethnicities and cultures as themselves. They don't want to be in Texas. They want to be in California, and I'm pretty sure a bunch of them are re-emigrating thereto as soon as they can.
There was some study a while back (found out about it on THIS web site, which is now a better news source than mainstream media) which proved that EVERY SINGLE ethnic group on the planet, except one, prefers its own company--prefers the company of other people of the SAME ethnic group as themselves.
So, it's impossible to breed white people out of existence--because most people of other ethnicities don't want to breed with whitey. You can't breed white people out of existence if the only mates are other white people Takes two to tango.

White liberals are the ONLY major ethnic group that prefers the company of people of other ethnicities than themselves. If state lvl officials KNOW a crisis is being created in their state, why do they feel the need to convince thos admin of that fact. They won't agree.....THEY SHOULD.JUST ACT ON IT...
