Then he heard a woman screaming and noticed the perp stabbing a dog and a woman. So the first victim ran back and grabbed a rock and threw it at the perp. Knocked out the killer but the second victim, Jeanne Edgar and her dog Sashi were dead.
The first victim and another man in the park held the killer until the police arrived.
