My previous tweets were flagged not for inaccuracy or for political bias, but for publicly naming whiteness as a defining problem. That is something USA TODAY, and many other newsrooms across the country, can not tolerate.
Is this a joke? Virtually every single publication is putting out anti-white stories.
Never hire these people. Pronouns in their bio? Shit can their resume. These people are walking legal liability. You can tell she’s setting up a lawsuit with all of her talk of racism and sexism and micro aggressions at USA Today. She’s gonna sue them and probably get a fat settlement before it goes to court.
You can't play that lawsuit game with huge companies like USA TODAY.
Most companies settle because the cost of going to court and fighting back and forth costs a lot if you don't have a legal department. But if you do, they get paid anyway. Might as well put them to work.
And it's REAL HARD to prove discrimination in the workplace unless they have video proof of the people ADMITTING to it.
She could try to file a wrongful termination suit, but journalists aren't unionized and she can't prove anything she claims. She made the claim. It's on her to prove that USA TODAY did when she's accusing them of. Which she can't. Otherwise she would have posted the evidence by now for internet points.
