Somebody told me once that chainguns/miniguns are actually legal for civilians to own because they don't fit the legal definition of a machine gun. The reason very few civilians own them is because they're expensive, they'll eat through a huge amount of ammo in a couple of seconds, and you need a power source to spin the barrels.
Guns.com has shooters, but those assholes change the prices of stuff in the cart. And had the nerve to send me a price tag inside my order for 200 bucks less than what I paid for it. They have stock available but I'm not buying from them again. Fwiw
