Florida would be my biggest hope to suing the shit out of the Feds, over State's Rights. Motor vehicles are a state level issue, Feds need to keep their greedy beaks out.

This is going to be a hot issue if it's done - to pay for even a fraction of the insane infrastructure bill they're shoving through Congress, this is going to hit everyone in the pocketbook, hard. They're talking several trillions already, and you know that will go up, if passed.

How? Florida knows nothing about my car and I never have an opportunity to even report the mileage nor would they have any way to confirm it.

They would just make all vehicles prior to a certain year street illegal. You would need a stocker on the tag or a new tag and the pig..cough I mean police will scan them on the highway.

How does a sticker on my car tell the cops my mileage?
