How would these autocrats enforce a mileage tax? I'm seeing millage tax in the headline here. Those are TOTALLY FRELLING DIFFERENT.

Yeah, i thought it was millage. Mileage is probably just an additional gas tax. "For the roads", or rails of cocaine for corrupt politicians. Whichever.

I am thinking another excuse to add a pork barrel project to install high definition cameras every 1000 feet of any road that has federal funding attached to it AND mandating tracking devices on all new cars.
