How would these autocrats enforce a mileage tax? I'm seeing millage tax in the headline here. Those are TOTALLY FRELLING DIFFERENT.
My state already charges me more at registration for driving a hybrid. After giving out subsidies for years... They will just add a box to self report mileage under penalty of perjury.
