Fuck. Last time I went to the grocery store, there was a big yellow sign on the door that said "Masks voluntary for customers". I never wore a mask in that store when they were "mandatory" and now, I see much less masks being worn. Around the corner at Walmart, it seems people who shop in the morning are wearing masks just as much but, go in the evening.... no one is wearing them. I live and work in Texas. I take off my face shield when it bothers me, and no one has said anything to me, even when I am talking directly to them and take it off in the course of our conversation. This whole thing is stupid to me. We know how to treat it now... Hell, we don't even need a vaccine at this point. Honestly, I had less trouble with CANCER. Dr. said "you can't smoke". That's exactly what I did... stopped smoking. I am now cancer free. I refuse to wear a face diaper for something that is less terminal than cancer.
