You’re confusing arrested with prosecuted. They got arrested by the thousands, and then their DA just turned them loose again. There’s still some people who got arrested after we deputized their State PD as US Marshals that are working their way through the system, IIRC.

Not enough of them though. They expressed their intent and then laid siege to it for months. Every single one should be doing jail time.
