What would happen if a reporter asks Biden at a press conference "is it true that concerns over your cognitive decline is what has lead to your decision to resign as president?"

He definitely wouldnt be sure he hadn't announced an intention to resign. How would he answer?

There would be an instantaneous announcement by a Secret Service agent in the room, that a serious threat has just emerged and everybody has to Get Out Right Now! Biden would be rushed to the underground bunker at a speed such as would be warranted by a confirmed incoming nuclear missile.
