That being said, I have no problem with him taking what he needs for his work, as his messages are on point and positive and his actions seem impactful and building culture. Unlike a Greta Thunberg who just travels around scolding people and does stupid things to counter her own narrative. There might be a point where I change my mind about him, but so far he's saying and doing the right things, so no problem rewarding him as such!
