The Pentagon anti-missile defense was shut down because of an exercise involving missiles. Cheney was overseeing all exercises/events on 9/11 and Mineta testified that Cheney let it happen:

Only video I remember was literally like two frames from ground level.
And those two frames clearly showed a plane. So does the debris and downed power lines and the fact that everyone on that flight is died that day.
