Same here. We've been looking at disasters like CA, NYC, etc, and saying, "You voted for this." But know, we know they very likely haven't actually been voting for this.
The sad thing is that your only looking at a 25 sq block radius roughly. He was able to do 12 minutes and not even get to really bad areas. It is as bad as Seattle or any where in this country. It is a 3rd world country!
