DC is one of the few places with laws making it illegal to discriminate against people for political affiliation, that's just one lawsuit. There is also malicious prosecution and abuse of power.

It's gross prosecurorial misconduct but prosecutors are protected.
Just know that while they WILL be taking away protections for ALL law enforcement, including the majority of good ones out there, prosecutors who lie, falsify evidence, and actively work to deprive people if their Constitutional rights, will retain their protections.
Saw a couple posts feds are dropping cases ...it was just to intimidate protests... Time to start sueimg the fed...
