Under Ezekiel Emmanuel's "Total Lives Plan" (rationed care), the only people to be guaranteed access to health care are those aged 15-40, whom are not physically or mentally handicapped, without chronic conditions, not obese, etc., because those are optimal workers (slave wagers). Female (and therefore fertile)? Person of color? Overweight? Over forty? Handicapped? Chronic condition? Congrats---you've got a target on your back to be eliminated.
