“I seem to recall a very diverse group of men when I served. Men from all sorts of national and ethnic backgrounds, there because they earned a place and had the ability to work with our partners in other nations, learned the culture and languages. Not there because of a quota.”
They won't wash out. The women in the rangers all failed, and they were given a pass. Forced diversity is a cancer. Natural diversity is what we should strive for.

In that line of work, any diversity hires won't last long, unfortunately chance they take a squad down with them.
They'll wash out and blame it on muh oppression, and the military will lower standards to appease them.
