Isn't it an offense for active duty to be contemptuous of the Commander in Chief?

Article 88 of the UCMJ. Democrat presidents enforce it enthusiastically -- Trump was far too lenient in this regard. In any case, we once had a tradition that military officers were to be as apolitical as possible - to the point it was once frowned upon for them to even vote. Clearly that isn't the case these days.
