If they present the entire video from beginning to end at trial not ONE of them should be able to honestly and fairly convict this police officer of murder

You think honesty and fairness are gonna come into play in a mob appeasement lynching

Mind you, some people are that fucking stupid. Remember the OJ trials? Before he even stepped foot in court, he was innocent in their eyes because he was black.

To be fair, he should have been considered innocent before he even stepped foot in court because EVERYONE is innocent until proven guilty. :P

Innocent until proven guilty. That is what you want in a trial.

I was just a kid but I do remember the verdict. I knew back then that something smelled funny

Prosecutor fucked up by trying to appease the mob with more serious charges. Could they convict him of manslaughter? Maybe. But actual murder? That's way too heavy burden of proof.

Preparing 🍿 for the riot watching.

Could go either way. Depends on if they want riots after Biden usurped the White House.

They are also letting in the video of Floyd’s arrest from 2019, where the cop approached the car, gun drawn because Floyd would not put his hands on the wheel. Floyd ate his stash at that arrest too, and the part of the video they will play states that he took the drugs. This is key because they found 1/2 chewed fentanyl pills in the back seat of the cop car, they had Floyd’s DNA on them. So he took his stash and OD. I was surprised that the judge let that in, that is a big help to the defense.
