I'm a legal immigrant, took about 5y of studies (its 20y if you count everything yes but let's be fair) then a work visa from a company that really wanted me, then a green card that I had to pay for and prove I was better than the rest, then many more years to be citizen (none of this free)

yes, its unfair and the main difference is that I'm white European of course. shit has gone sooo far.
