Didn't he come from a country that we just bombed into oblivion?....You'd think that would be on the questionnaire..."Is your country currently being bombed by the US check here".......

BarrensChat 67 points ago +67 / -0

For real how the fuck do you get a gun as a refugee??

14
CanadianTrump 14 points ago +18 / -4

Constitution sees no status sadly.

40
Peppers 40 points ago +40 / -0

Refugees aren't citizens

8
havemydata 8 points ago +14 / -6

Our rights aren't reserved for citizens.

21
ALargeRock 21 points ago +21 / -0

Not exactly true; the only right that is reserved for citizens only is the right to vote.

All others are for anyone residing in the US.

9
ProphetOfKek 9 points ago +9 / -0

Citizens have fewer rights if anything.

5
20MagnusKonrad20 5 points ago +5 / -0

There has been an active, winning campaign that has insisted that the Constitution and all rights guaranteed by it applies to anyone who resides within our borders. I think that the only thing non-citizens can't do is vote, but obviously they want to change that too.

15
NomadicKrow2 15 points ago +15 / -0

The constitution does not give any rights. It restricts the government. It recognizes the God given rights that all men have. We have these rights regardless of the government. And those rights belong to all men, but are ensured within these borders.

Unfortunately, people think the constitution is what gives us rights and that is incorrect.

2
BidensBrainWorm 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not anymore.

4
Peppers 4 points ago +4 / -0

They are and they aren't.

5
CanadianTrump 5 points ago +5 / -0

The constitution is applied as a restriction to the government, a government rule book, thus anyone LEGALLY in the USA is covered.

7
Peppers 7 points ago +7 / -0

A legal tourist can not purchase a firearm. The people is most likely defined as the citizenry. There are restrictions on non citizens.

1
CanadianTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Perhaps we were not talking about tourism but refugee / immigration lol

4
Peppers 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm saying refugees are like guests in this country that really shouldn't ever be granted citizenship. They are taking temporary refuge due to extenuating circumstances. They should be returned to their country when it becomes safer. Immigrants aren't citizens automatically, they go through a process to become citizens when they have proved they are valuable to the community and understand our country. When an immigrant proves those things, they are then granted full access to the constitutional protections

1
Ralph-RaccooN 1 point ago +1 / -0

7
blubberdong 7 points ago +7 / -0

It's almost like they WANT illegals to commit mass murders and acts of terrorism in this country...

Hey feebs. Fuck off.

7
FrankWisner 7 points ago +7 / -0

Easy: FBI = KGB

Next up, FBI-coordinated apartment bombings "by evangelical extremists" LOL.

DIE, FBI. Neck TODAY.

Welcome to U.S. foreign policy.

"If you're bombing people, you're at war!"-Stefan Molyneux

"Invade everyone, invite everyone"-Stefan Molyneux

There was actually an article(i wish i saved it) someone found on t_D which said that Bush opened the borders after 9/11

1
FuckGovernment 1 point ago +6 / -5

He was only 3.

Hopefully I wouldn't be judged on where I lived when I was 3.

2
FightTheSWAMP 2 points ago +3 / -1

I definitely agree with you on this although I still think it should be a relevant question. Not an automatic disqualifier by any means but I do believe it should trigger a little more in depth review of the individual. I don't really see a perfect solution for this type of scenario though.

9
FuckGovernment 9 points ago +10 / -1

The answer it what someone else said.

You can't prevent every bad guy from doing something bad and there aren't always signs who will be the next to flip out.

You could take everyone's rights away and people would still kill. Ban all guns and people will still kill.

Put someone in a maximum security prison and they will still find a way to kill.

We have a checked and balanced government system and politicians still found ways to be corrupt and deceitful.

6
bubadmt 6 points ago +6 / -0

What if we just made murder-free zones?

1
Ben45 1 point ago +1 / -0

wow you're so smart, you should run for president!

2
bubadmt 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank you! I thought of it myself. Logically, criminals will see it's a kill-free zone and be stopped on the spot. Can't go wrong.

3
RichardNoggin 3 points ago +3 / -0

He was already on the FBI watch list is the point of the post. He made threats toward white people and Christians and Americans online frequently.

1
russianbot4673 1 point ago +1 / -0

nah he should've just been sent back home, along with everyone else.

1
remindmelater 1 point ago +1 / -0

but you might have a grudge against the people who bombed your grandparents...

2
FuckGovernment 2 points ago +2 / -0

Seems the USA and Israel do more bombing in Syria than Muslims do.

43
MrAnderson1776 43 points ago +43 / -0

Bottom line is this. If you make it so this never happens, you live in a prison. Even in prison, they still kill each other.

No matter what path you choose, the price for freedom for everyone is death for some innocent people.

There are randos shooting strangers and there are governments murdering their citizens. One of these is vastly worse than the other on an exponential scale.

Red flag laws are the worst. Anyone can say anything about you at any time for any reason. That's not a law, that's fascism.

FBI has a billion or more people in their database for millions of reasons. One two three ...five hops from event X. If we complain about this guy getting a gun, we're shooting ourselves in the foot.

The criteria used to justify barring this person from gun ownership - loud mouth about religious beliefs, expressed desire to see X fry, open hatred and contempt for Y, would put everyone in the same category.

And that's what they want. Don't give them what they want.

24
GreatHumungous 24 points ago +24 / -0

Doesn’t matter, I got flagged on a gun application a few years ago for having a relative with a medical marijuana card. This guy was arrested recently bottom line he should have never breezed thru a check. The FBI provided it to him.

4
MrAnderson1776 4 points ago +4 / -0

whaaa? Flagged how? What does "flagged" mean exactly?

13
anotherthing 13 points ago +13 / -0

Keep in mind that James O'Keefe from Project Veritas was recently flagged and unable to buy a gun by the FBI. I think he got it overturned and was able to get one later, but that's because he fought it. Still, makes you think.

6
MrAnderson1776 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is what makes me believe they hate us. They target us specifically. OKeefe is a danger? They know people want to kill him. What a joke. If any needs a be packing it's O'Keefe.

4
BeardedNinjaPede 4 points ago +4 / -0

Laura Loomer received the same 4473 denial even though she has never comitted an applicable crime. There seems to be a secret list you can get on which will deny you buying guns from a FFL like the unconstitutional "No Fly" list.

1
MrAnderson1776 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't doubt it. Unfortunately.

4
GreatHumungous 4 points ago +4 / -0

That means my application was denied! A year later finally got it after appealing.

3
MrAnderson1776 3 points ago +3 / -0

Move to a state where they take the Constitutiion seriously if that's an option.

12
plaaaa 12 points ago +12 / -0

Extreme vetting. Stop takung so many "refugees". They don't need any help.

14
MrAnderson1776 14 points ago +14 / -0

It's crazy to think you can extract just anyone of any age with any background and dump them in the West and they will just assimilate 'cause magic happens.

What am I talking about. The left doesn't even want assimilation anymore. They want destruction.

11
ZacPetkanas 11 points ago +11 / -0

Extreme vetting

Irrelevant. We see second and third generation muslims commit terrorism against the people who gave them everything. See the problems the French are having.

Nits make lice.

spez: undo autocorrect

5
MrAnderson1776 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is correct. That's why I am saying we can't just assimilate anybody. Some cultures which have proven themselves to be historically resistance to change for 1000 years now aren't going to be fielding viable candidates for integration into the West. Only extraordinary people who seek to flee those places should be allowed in.

2
russianbot4673 2 points ago +2 / -0

wrong answer. stop taking ANY.

1
FuckGovernment 1 point ago +2 / -1

I agree with better vetting immigrants. But there's often not much I go on them.

Also, this guy was only 3. He grew up in America and seemed to have a fairly normal life besides some almost normal teenager outbursts and fights in high school

4
BigIronBigIron 4 points ago +4 / -0

What a nightmare is must be trying to keep track of Mohammad Mohammad, resident of Hamtramck

3
_-Th0r-_ 3 points ago +3 / -0

Agree. What are they supposed to do?

“Sorry Mr. MAGA, your background check failed, so you can’t buy this firearm, because the corrupt FBI is watching you.”

2
zooty 2 points ago +2 / -0

I can get that he arguably shouldn't have been disqualified from buying a weapon. But...

If you are on the FBI's watch list, how is it possible that if you go ahead and buy a weapon that you don't get put on "Doing more than just fucking watching" list?

2
MrAnderson1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't get it. Just buying a weapon puts you on a watch list? I don't think gun registries are legal.

2
zooty 2 points ago +2 / -0

No, he was already on a watch list, apparently. Attempting to purchase a weapon, given that, would, you would think, indicate that a little closer attention was warranted.

16
Wcvarn 16 points ago +16 / -0

Bingo. Put a DJT hat on this guy's picture and he would have been in solitary confinement since January and unable to shoot anyone.

19
plaaaa 19 points ago +19 / -0

He was given "refugee" status and free education. Openly hates the elected, most popular President of this new "refuge" country. Same POTUS who stopped the war on his "country he fled". Cuckoo... That refugee was likely part of the problem there. They don't vet. They take in terrorists.

6
FuckGovernment 6 points ago +7 / -1

I hated obama.

Would you have denied me a gun purchase based on that?

14
Peppers 14 points ago +14 / -0

Are you a refugee?

9
BigIronBigIron 9 points ago +9 / -0

This confuses the Obama

4
Kekistanirefugee 4 points ago +4 / -0

You sure are shilling hard for this guy

5
russianbot4673 5 points ago +5 / -0

how about we don't take in any? and how about we send most of the ones we have back home, including illegals? someone posted here recently that refugees come here and get something like 2,600 a month in benefits but people who paid into social security all their lives only get 1,400 a month from that. so fuck refugees.

12
FuckGovernment 12 points ago +13 / -1

Maybe there weren't any legal reasons to deny him a gun purchase.

If you're pretending something like this could have been prevented then you are playing into demoKKKrat hands and round about asking for stricter gun control.

7
Brucesky420 7 points ago +7 / -0

Bingo. Mass shootings aren't a problem.

The McDonalds down the street is more dangerous to American's lives than a couple lunatics with guns

That being said if the FBI is stopping James O'Keefe from buying a gun but not an actual threat they're concerned about, there's obviously a lot wrong with the system, and it's the fact is swampy as fuck. These 3 letter agencies have too much power, they're literally more powerful than the president - as we found out during Trump's term. This should never be the case. These agencies need a full audit and rework. I mean they fucking called CNN to follow their raid on a non-violent offender. They showed up with 10x the force they needed to.

9
NadlerShartWaddle 9 points ago +9 / -0

Our government is the only actual terrorist organization on the planet.

No matter what organization, no matter what lone wolf, when you look, you see American alphabet bullshit funding, training, supporting, and encouraging it.

8
Urusovite 8 points ago +8 / -0

We do have a mental health problem in this country. It’s getting more common and it spreads to young and innocent minds. It’s called liberalism and turns into TDS with time.

7
Chance 7 points ago +7 / -0

When I've purchased mine, ive (obviously) passed every check, easily enough, ive never broken the law or been on a mental health hold, etc, etc...but last time I was in there was a lady buying a pistol who had a contested check. I believe when the ffl called for an over the phone interview and confirmation that she passed...I'm not sure exactly what they did I was trying not to eavesdrop, but the lady was right next to me.

What would cause nics to contest but clear over the phone?

4
pup1pup 4 points ago +4 / -0

Maybe an illegal immigrant used her SSN to file taxes.

2
BeardedNinjaPede 2 points ago +2 / -0

One possibility is someone else with her same name or similar is ineligible.

7
bdailey1965USA 7 points ago +7 / -0

We can NOT have the "FBI" and Freedom - Choose

7
mytummyhurts 7 points ago +7 / -0

The FBI purposely allows high risk individuals to pass background checks if there's a chance they will commit a crime that suits them politically. Change my mind.

Wasn't he on the list because of his association with someone already on the list? Where the heck is that guy right now?

5
TaxDollarsHardAtWork 5 points ago +5 / -0

We definitely have an FBI problem.

The FBI is a state-sponsored domestic terrorist organization.

5
Zappakadabra 5 points ago +5 / -0

Also an Islam problem.

5
Rubicante 5 points ago +5 / -0

Every time there's a juicy mass shooting event or terrorist atrack, the perpetrator is someone who was on the FBI's watch list for some time.

Starting to think "watch list" is industry jargon for "payroll."

4
dagoat4l 4 points ago +4 / -0

You ever think the fbi isn't broken. That maybe they allowed him to get a gun or guns? Maybe hoping he would kill someone. If any of the family's had balls and not alt left libs they should sue the fbi. They allowed this to happen.

4
OldsmobileRocket 4 points ago +4 / -0

THEY WANTED IT TO HAPPEN

4
GreatHumungous 4 points ago +4 / -0

FBI provided the weapon I’m 100% positive of that.

3
Granny_git_yer_gun 3 points ago +3 / -0

In this clown world, the alphabet agencies probably made sure he got a firearm.

3
CMDRConanAAnderson 3 points ago +3 / -0

How did someone considered mentally ill by many accounts pass a firearms exam and the demonstration? Most common people can barely pass the exam, this guy passed it in his teen years apparently. He had to have had a history with guns.

3
TeamOrangeFB 3 points ago +3 / -0

Memory-holed already.

Unless you want to talk about banning all guns, then he had "white motives".

3
SupremeDearLeader2 3 points ago +3 / -0

3
wat_meme 3 points ago +3 / -0

We don't have a "mental health" problem regarding guns. We have an unconstitutional gun law problem that keeps citizens from defending ourselves at any time, in any place. A few cleared killings and many of these mental health killings would go way down.

3
BeardedNinjaPede 3 points ago +3 / -0

What we really need is more Muslom control. No more allowed in and the ones already here can be strongly encouraged to leave.

3
masticator_nord 3 points ago +3 / -0

Obviously that means putting restrictions on who can buy guns won't work, so guns need to be illegal to buy. Also, they need to be confiscated because somebody who already owns one might go on a rampage. Duh.

2

There is defi a mental health problem.... most of them prob work for the FBI

2
KoofasaForTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

We have a corruption problem at all levels.

2
Good_Behavior_Day 2 points ago +2 / -0

So the FBI had concerns about this guy, but they allowed him to buy an AR15 right at the time when Congress is pushing for more stringent background checks and banning the sale of AR15s?

Pretty much begging the question at this point.

2
HenkZeilstra 2 points ago +2 / -0

Meanwhile Laura Loomer cannot even get a gun vut gets threats from the left

2
zillat 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm fine with him passing the background check. What I want to know if why he was let into the country, that's the only check that matters!

4
Siteless_Vagrant [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

I've been saying it for decades, if our enemies want to attack us, all they have to do is walk across the southern border.

2
she-nani-gan88 2 points ago +2 / -0

2
MontanaRanger5150 2 points ago +2 / -0

FBI probably bought the gun and ammo for him as well...

2
biggdaddy31420 2 points ago +2 / -0

The FBI is the biggest problem when it comes to stopping terrorism.. they are too busy allowing these terrorists into the country without vetting them... then when they commit a crime they always say how they were already under the radar of the fbi.. Muller, Comey should both be executed for treason

2
Littleirishmaid 2 points ago +2 / -0

That’s the same guy? Beard and face are thinner and this guy has more hair.

2
TheWhitestOfFangs 2 points ago +2 / -0

Wasn't this the same case in the Las-Vegas case? (or some other case I'm confusing with)

1
Siteless_Vagrant [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, the Las Vegas guy used to fly planes for the CIA. Which is why I've always thought he was there to do an arms deal for them. Fast and furious style thing. One of the buyers security found a hallway cam or something tipped them off and shit went sideways. They needed an exit so they shot up a crowd for a distraction.

2
TheWhitestOfFangs 2 points ago +2 / -0

Do you have some material on this? I haven't heard this take and, as one could expect, very skeptical. So sources and evidence would be welcomed.

1
Siteless_Vagrant [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ther CIA part is out there on the internet. The other part

Which is why I've always thought

Is exactly that. Just me putting the pieces together. It's really the only thing that makes sense though, where's all the footage of bringing the guns in? There is none. Why? Because government involvement, that's why.

2
