Doesn’t matter, I got flagged on a gun application a few years ago for having a relative with a medical marijuana card. This guy was arrested recently bottom line he should have never breezed thru a check. The FBI provided it to him.
Keep in mind that James O'Keefe from Project Veritas was recently flagged and unable to buy a gun by the FBI. I think he got it overturned and was able to get one later, but that's because he fought it. Still, makes you think.
This is what makes me believe they hate us. They target us specifically. OKeefe is a danger? They know people want to kill him. What a joke. If any needs a be packing it's O'Keefe.
Laura Loomer received the same 4473 denial even though she has never comitted an applicable crime. There seems to be a secret list you can get on which will deny you buying guns from a FFL like the unconstitutional "No Fly" list.

That means my application was denied! A year later finally got it after appealing.
Move to a state where they take the Constitutiion seriously if that's an option.
