The constitution does not give any rights. It restricts the government. It recognizes the God given rights that all men have. We have these rights regardless of the government. And those rights belong to all men, but are ensured within these borders.
Unfortunately, people think the constitution is what gives us rights and that is incorrect.
Didn't intend to call you out, bro. We just need to perpetuate this perception.
When I was younger, I hated Piers Morgan and wanted him kicked out because I thought he didn't have our 1st Amendment protection since he isn't a citizen. As I'm older, I see he should be able to say what he wants. All men should. I disagreed with Nick Cannon getting his show taken away from him for what he said. I disagree with Gina Carano being fired.
I agree with only one of the two, but they should both be able to say whatever they like. A coworker asked me "Well what if he called you an animal to your face?" I said, "I'd ask him if Mariah's been telling him stories about me again." She expected me to say I'd knock him out or something. I told her I believe absolutely in the freedoms we have.
Also another point I wanted to make earlier. The 2A, the Supreme Court said we could have weapons without affiliation with a militia for "traditional uses." Could we argue overthrowing of a tyrannical government a "traditional use?" Nothing is more American than rebellion.
Dear FBI, I do not advocate rebellion. It is simply an observation.

You're right on that. Thanks for the call out.
