I want to be a bit objective here, I dont want the FBI to have ultimate authority over who can own a gun, if they havent been found guilty of a crime. BUT. If someone is on their radar already and buys a gun they also shouldnt just ignore it completely if they have evidence the person is an actual threat like this guy obviously was. They can delay a background check (they do it to me EVERY time) for 3 days. Take that time and follow up for real. Basically, DO YOUR JOB fbi.
