Why do Blacks, and Brown, commit disproportionately more violent crimes than others, in every Continent?
All modern, race-based ethnic genocide took place, and are taking place, in Africa.
I don't think the issue is caused by so called White people. If it's not about genetics, than is it the culture created by Black Americans (which is different from African Blacks cultures)? Have you traveled outside United States, and would you happen to speak an other languages? Would you know another cultures?
