It hurts Black Farmers.
I live 10 miles from the nearest store that sells eggs and milk. The only thing this "tax" proposal does is hurt people that don't live in or near cities.
We already pay federal tax to use the roads. It's called excise tax on fuel. And it's an incentive to use fuel efficient vehicles.
