My state dictator started mandating masks in July and hasn't removed the requirement since. Our case numbers went to new highs after he did that.

A little correction here: Fauci originally said "Don't wear masks. THEY DON'T DO ANY GOOD." That was Feb 2020 timeframe.
Later, about April 2020, only then did Fauci say "Wear masks." And when he was aked why he said not to wear them before, that's when he said, "Oh I just said that so doctors would still be able to get them."
What's wild is, masks weren't even a thing when they started that whole "15 days" bullshit a year ago. Wasn't it a couple months after that?
