Ah, good ol Rochester New York!

Born n raised... HATE this city now. I hate New York. Never thought I'd want to leave, as I love friends and family, and it's all I know.

But I can't stay.

Anyone have states and cities the recommend?

I'd like the following : not so high crime, enough land to shoot on, cheap cost of living, low taxes, decent school districts, and not a super boring place.

I like city life, but want to live outside the city.

What states can some of you recommend?

What cities?

I want it to also be majority conservative. I won't move to a liberal leaning city.

Let me know! I also don't want to move somewhere as a cold as NY. I want warmth. I want freedom above all!
