Yep, and this is how dems operate. Zero foresight when they risk people's lives and everyone's general well being. Just like with the rolling black outs in California. They literally made it policy to not have enough power. That's ok, they can just wag their finger at the public for needing dialysis during a totally predictable power outage. It gets better too. When they are running low on power they just ask their neighbors to send some at triple the rate. No way would that be just a backdoor deal to increase the price of electricity for profit.
