Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is thinking up new ways to fund infrastructure

Here's an idea, the government should stop sending trillions of american taxpayers dollars to foreign countries. Maybe then we could afford to improve our own infrastructure. But nah let's just make more taxes.
