This is punishment for living in clean rural areas away from polluted, degenerate cities.

We have to drive everywhere we go, and all the drives are many miles. This tax is devastating. We can't get baby formula without driving 45 minutes.

Was thinking people in big cities can avoid this with mass transit, Uber, work from home, online shopping, food deliveries and just plain walking, yet they're still going to need money

I live in a big city, and I typically drive whenever I go to the store unless I’m going to buy 1-2 items. I don’t want to be limited to buying what I can carry.
